OpenVPN GUI is a graphical frontend for OpenVPN running on Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8. You are connected when the 'OpenVPN GUI' icon turns green. You are not connected when the 'OpenVPN GUI' icon turns yellow or gray.
OpenVPN keeps dropping connection, infinite yellow icon What usually happens is when using the VPN with some load, Open VPN tells me there is some issue with connection, and the logo turns from Green to Yellow, and stays that way until I manually disconnect using OpenVPN. If I try to then create a new connection it works again.

Openvpn icon remains yellow when "verb 0" is used Post by shinjikenny » Wed Dec 21, 2011 12:12 pm I've noticed that when I use "verb 0" on my client config, openvpn icon remains yellow even when the tunnel is already established (it is supposed to be color green).
