Aug 23, 2019 · Hi – I suddenly had this problem (not getting gmail messages sent to my hotmail account) and for me it was fixed by accepting the “something needs to be fixed with your account..” or whatever on the Action Centre on Windows 10. I think I’d just been ignoring it for a while and closing it down.
Call your old phone number to see if the person who has it now can help you. If it's a dead number, call your old cell provider and see if you can get a burner phone to use that number temporarily. If you've got 2 factor turned on you're going to need the number to get in. For Gmail, you can also try the forgot password thing.
