May 17, 2010 · The only way is to create a new account. If you have a real reason to change regions (e.g. moving), you cannot change the country associated with your account. It's not all bad though, as you can have multiple accounts on your ps4. Create a new account with your details from the other country, then set the PS4 as primary.
